Working out

I’ve been working out three days a week with a group called Fit4Moms. The entire workout is done with your kids in a stroller. We sing to them, tickle them, and interact while getting a circuit workout in. I love not only the workout but the Mom’s and kids. It’s a great group. I’m starting to loose weight and feel stronger. This is G at the end of class mimicking what we did in class.
