Green bean salad

Green bean salad recipe: 

Make dressing first. 1 tbs Dijon mustard. 2 tbs rice vinegar or white wine vinegar. 2 garlic gloves minced. Stir with salt and pepper.

Cook a bunch of green beans in boiling water for 4 minutes. 

Slice about 1/4 cup red onion, thin

Slice cherry tomorrow’s in 1/4th. We had yellow cherry’s from the garden. 

Toss onion, tomatos and green beans with olive oil, salt and pepper. Then add on the dressing and mix 

I also tossed in almond slivers too. 

My husband loved it. We had a fair bit of dressing left over at the bottom of the bowl that we used to dip bread in. That was pretty tasty too.
