This evening my husband and I did 20 minutes of yoga together ;). He has a new pcp who advised that he do yoga once a week to help with tight joints and muscles.
When do you ever get a chance to do the exact same as your husband at the exact same time? It was a nice way to spend a few minutes with each other, moving and breathing in sync without saying a word to each other.
We hope to make it a weekends occurance.
