Want to increase your milk supply?

Four things that helped me increase my milk supply after a week of being sick from food poising. 

1. Oatmeal. It’s my go to and works wonders. I hate the texture of oatmeal so I cook it extra long to make it thick. Add walnuts, blueberries, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Yum! You’ll notice a difference in a day or two.

2. Garlic. My husband made a tomato sauce with tons of garlic. Store in frig or freezer for pasta, pizza’s, or pita chip dipping. 

3. Almonds & cashews. Great has a snack anytime or put on ice cream for a yummy treat.

4. Water. Always drink water! If you can increase your water intake, you’ll help your supply.
