I have 5 lbs still to lose before reaching my pre-pregnancy weight! And I’m getting a bit excited. However I don’t believe my body is going to be the same as it was even with the 5 lbs gone. It feels like I’m going to need to lose 15 lbs.
I haven’t been able to work out as much as I hoped. Yoga has still taken a back seat to G and work. I’ve been eating really well though and trying to balance getting enough calories to continue breastfeeding and eating healthy.
I know working out on a more regular basis will come in time. Especially once it gets nice enough to run and workout outside.
